Here are the steps you need to follow to become part
of Chinese Popstars WebRing. Please follow them carefully to preserve the
integrity of the ring!
Save a copy of the Chinese Popstars WebRing graphic you see below. (Other WebRing logos can also be used, they are found on the mainpage)
It should be called popstar.jpg, then add the following HTML to your web
page:
Replace the blank in 'mailto:___@__.com' with your email address
and the second blank with either your email address or your name. (NOT AVAILABLE IN THE SPECIAL)
Insert your own name where it says 'Your Name HERE!'.
Fill out the form below to register your site and write down the
Site ID number you are assigned. This will put your page in the Chinese
Popstars Web Ring'Queue', where it will remain there until I add you to
the ring. This does not insert you in the ring; the actual insertion is
done later.
When you finish registering below, remember to change all the ___
on the references of http://www.webring.org/cgi-bin/webring so that the
id= is followed by your Site ID number. For example, if your site ID is
685, the href should be something like http://www.webring.org/cgi-bin/webring?ring=hkpopstars&id=685&next.
E-mail the owner of an existing Chinese Popstars WebRing site and
ask them to add you to the ring. Be sure to include your Site ID Number
and page URL in the e-mail message. They will probably (hopefully) want
to look at your page to make sure it is worthy of addition and make sure
the Chinese Popstars WebRing HTML fragment on your page is okay.
After checking out your page, the existing Chinese Popstars WebRing
site's owner will take your Site ID Number and use it to add you to the
ring. You should then receive an e-mail telling you that you've been added.
That's it! You should now be able to navigate the entire ring until
to make it back to your own page. An easy way to make sure it is working
is to go to the home page of the person who added you and see if the next
button takes you to your own page.
